Part of the reason I love being in the IT field so much is that I'm still learning new things every day. In this instance, I was able to learn how to get past an annoying little aspect of Outlook not auto-refreshing for new messages.



The user I was helping showed me how her e-mail wouldn't refresh and show her new messages in her inbox, unless she hit send/receive or went into another folder in Outlook. I'd have to say, that would annoy me as well!
